Fitness to me is a way of life and how we live that life affects our health and emotional well being. I believe that fitness should be approached from several directions which are exercise, proper nutrition, and stress reduction. I love the fitness lifestyle and live it daily. I weight train and perform cardio excercise regularly as well as practice Tai Chi and Aikido. Tai Chi and Aikido have always fascinated me and I love the arts.

Pick a Sport!

Pick a Sport - Don't give up on your fitness and health just yet. Most people give up way to early when trying to get more fit, but make sure that you incorporate a good balance between your fitness training and playing your favorite sport. Cardio and Weights are great, but make sure that you train to support you favorite sport, but that you also take a break from your fitness training to enjoy what you love to do. Play Sports!!

So go to the gym, get out to the park for a walk or jog, take a class togater and make it fun for both of you.
