GHR stands for growth hormone releaser and is an abbreviation that you should remember. Whether you are trying to build muscle, reverse the effects of time or simply improve your overall health a GHR is one of the best tools at your disposal. As the name would imply, a GHR stimulates your pituitary to produce and release more human growth hormone, which the body begins to produce less and less of as we age. The reasons we produce less HGH as we age are too complicated to discuss in detail in such a short post, but the benefits of taking a GHR are potent and wide spread. One effect of a GHR that many people are very interested in are the increased ability to produce new muscle cells. This is because HGH is responsible for cellular regeneration, and also increases your levels of IGF-1 and testosterone. All of this adds up to more strong, toned muscles which can be built more easily with the use of a GHR. Skin cells, bone cells and others are all positively affected by HGH and this is how it helps general health. Because you can get a GHR which is made with all natural ingredients they are available without prescription and can be ordered online or bough over the counter in health food and supplement stores.
Many bodybuilders become dissatisfied with relying on whole foods for proteins and begin to use muscle building supplements. The simplest of these are protein supplements which have a very high BV (biological value) but the science and use of muscle building supplements can get a whole lot more complicated than that. You can take muscle building supplements which will add creatine to your body, which is necessary for building and maintaining skeletal muscle. Rather than using illegal steroids many people, instead use testosterone boosters which obviously have a positive effect on the bodybuilding process. Muscle building supplements which are even more effective than this are HGH boosters, also called HGH releasers, which much more directly affect muscle than testosterone and does not have the same side effects. Muscle building supplements that boost testosterone can make someone overly aggressive, and occasionally the male body transforms it into estrogen which would of course have negative effects. HGH does not produce any of these side effects.
Somatotropin is one of the most misunderstood hormones in the human body. Though many people only view Somatotropin as a way to quickly build muscle, it has many other functions. Proper levels of Somatotropin are necessary for maintaining good health and good metabolism. As we age our levels of Somatotropin (more commonly referred to as HGH) drop rapidly, and the effects of this are clear to see in the elderly. Skin quality goes downhill as well as muscle mass and strength, and the amount of fat being stored rises. Losing Somatotropin is a natural process that occurs in every human being, and in animals as well, but that doesn't necessarily mean it is something we have to accept. There are ways of boosting Somatotropin, and without resorting to radical HGH injection therapy. Supplements have recently been developed to naturally raise levels of Somatotropin by stimulating the pituitary gland to produce and release it at the levels it did in your youth. This method is relatively inexpensive and side effect free.
