breathing in and out

I am so very excited about becoming a Holistic Life Coach. I have spent so much time in preparation for this. 48 years to be exact. Every breath I have taken in and then exhaled out has gotten me closer to this moment, and I am excited. But you know that other side of excited ...the side that can get kind of SCARY. Well I am hovering close to that occasionally. Why? Because I can't find the thread...that first string to get started. but I know this much to be true.....I will find it and all will be ok. Because every breath I have taken in and exhaled out has brought me here in this now. :)
