Your self-confidence is directly connected to how much you feel you are making a difference in the world. Are you really "asleep?" Wandering through life in a state of continuous habit and reacting to every situation rather than creating each experience? (Just ask yourself.) Try and make all decisions from love not fear. Remove fear completely, it serves no purpose.
Everything you do should benefit your mind, body or spirit. If it does not fit into one of those categories....it may need to be let go.

Homework for you:
Be very cautious and careful when using "I am______" It's a difficult task, but is truly life changing if you consciously make sure to follow "I am ______" with something you TRULY are and want to be.
